Modern Language Teacher Association of WA (MLTAWA)
MLTAWA is the professional association that represents teachers of all languages taught in Western Australian schools, TAFEs and tertiary institutions.

The MLTAWA, along with all the other state associations, is affiliated with the national body, the Australian Federation of Modern Language Teachers’ Association (AFMLTA), which is involved in a range of activities aimed at promoting the teaching and learning of languages. These include representing language teachers in the formulation of government languages policies and initiatives at the federal level.Modern Language Teacher Association of WA MLTAWA.

The Alliance Française is a cultural non-profit association and the largest French language teaching association in the world.

AISWA (Association of Independent Schools WA)
AISWA was established in 1962 as a non-profit organisation to support, represent and promote the interests of Independent Schools. AISWA is incorporated under the Industrial Relations Act.

AISWA’s constituent members include over one hundred and fifty five Independent Schools including those of two Independent School systems. Its member schools educate over 75,000 students and employ over 5,500 teaching and over 3,500 non-teaching staff.

Objectifs de la Federation of Associations of Teachers of French in Australia :
Soutenir les associations et les programmes par l’intermédiaire de l’ambassade de France, permettre aux ­professeurs de développer des liens au niveau national, notamment au travers de congrès bi-annuels, et promouvoir le français comme langue internationale.
